Altra Legal S.A. (Altra Legal) respects the privacy of all Users and/or Visitors of this website (or “site”, interchangeably). Any information provided by them will be treated with the highest possible security and used solely to offer the highest quality of our services.

For the aforementioned purposes, the period of 5 (five) years will be counted from the date on which the User and/or Visitor provides their personal data, unless there is a special regulatory provision establishing another period.

After the mentioned period, personal data will be deleted, unless it is required to store such data for accounting or dispute resolution purposes.
