About Lucía

Lucía has been a lawyer at Altra since 2016. She focuses her practice on commercial and investment arbitration.

Lucía advises and represents national and international companies in arbitrations and corporate disputes and has experience in ad-hoc arbitrations, ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and CAMP (Arbitration and Mediation Center Paraguay), among others. She has participated in the review of international arbitration awards of the ICC and has experience in ICSID and World Bank investment arbitration.

Lucía is part of CAMP’s list of arbitrators and has experience as arbitrator in arbitrations brought before this institution.

She was a member of arbitration teams that participated in international competitions in Paris, Budapest, and Vienna, where she received an honorable mention. Currently, she is a coach of the refereeing teams of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
