About Adriana
Adriana has been a lawyer at Altra since its inception and is currently leading the Banking and Finance team.
Adriana specializes in international trade, international commercial transactions, project finance, commercial and investment arbitration. She has more than twenty years in the practice of corporate law, currently focusing on banking and finance, advising clients, both local and international, with syndicated loan agreements, project finance, trusts, stock market, regulatory compliance, among others.
In the past, she has also been involved in academic research, as a member of the Centro de Estudios de Derecho, Economía y Política (CEDEP) and in university teaching.
