About Felicita
Felicita Argaña has been a lawyer at Altra since 2015. She has extensive experience in national and international arbitration, court litigation and corporate counseling for clients in various industries, including construction, services and logistics, real estate, transportation, and technology.
Felicita has led Altra Legal’s Arbitration Department since 2020. In this role, she oversees coordinating the team under her charge, in addition to handling cases -as party representative- in ad hoc arbitrations and before various arbitral institutions, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Paraguay (CAMP), institution in which she also serves as arbitrator.
