About Gabriela

Gabriela has been an associate at Altra Legal since 2020 and currently leads the development of the firm’s Altra Tech & Innovation. Her practice focuses on corporate, banking and finance law, as well as advising fintech companies, startups, and technology-driven businesses, with a particular interest in data protection and consumer law.

She has participated in financing transactions and banking agreements, while also advising companies on commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and regulatory compliance matters. In the fintech and technology space, she has supported startups in their early stages, assisting with the design of their legal structure, the drafting of key contracts, and the adaptation of their products to applicable regulatory frameworks. She has also been involved in transactions related to environmental assets and carbon credits.
