About Federico

Federico has been part of Altra since 2021, when he joined the firm as a paralegal. Since 2023, he has worked as an attorney in the Litigation Department, advising and representing national and international companies in civil and commercial litigation.

His practice focuses on dispute resolution, contractual and tort liability, debt recovery, enforcement of security interests, and other complex judicial proceedings. He also participates in drafting legal opinions and providing preventive counsel to clients, analyzing the viability of potential legal actions, assessing legal risks, and developing strategies aimed at preventing and early resolution of disputes. In addition, he has experience in intellectual property matters, particularly trademark law.

He is an attorney and notary from the Catholic University “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” and holds a Master’s in Law with a specialization in civil and business law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
