About Larissa

Larissa leads Altra Legal’s corporate counseling department. She has more than 10 years of practice, with experience in corporate litigation, research, teaching and business legal advice.

Her practice focuses on commercial corporate law and advises market leading companies in the following sectors: oil and gas, construction, automotive, agriculture, insurance, food and beverage, energy, distribution, communications, logistics, among others.

Larissa has participated in complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as in the closing of companies and in expansion and penetration projects in foreign markets in several countries of the region.
