About Luis
Luis has been a lawyer with Altra since 2024 and provides services in the areas of tax, corporate and corporate law.
He specialises in corporate law and taxation, international tax planning, project finance, contract analysis, constitutional tax law and general corporate advice. He has more than twelve years of experience in the practice of corporate law, currently focusing on corporate and tax practice, advising local and foreign clients in their investment projects, corporate structuring, local regulatory compliance, among others.
With solid experience in top-tier law firms, as in-house counsel and advisor to multinational corporations, Luis combines a strategic and practical approach to provide legal solutions aligned with his clients’ business objectives. His background allows him to understand corporate dynamics and provide comprehensive advice that drives effective results in a competitive business environment.
