About Miriam
Miriam joined Altra in July 2025 and is currently leading the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.
She has over six years of experience in trademark registration, contentious trademark matters, and the registration of industrial designs and models.
Miriam has advised both local and international clients on opposition proceedings, assignment of trademark rights, licensing agreements, and ordinary actions for trademark cancellation and invalidation due to non-use.

- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in General Studies, with a focus on Technology Law and Entrepreneurship (Georgetown University Law Center, 2025).
