About Viviana
Viviana has been an attorney at Altra Legal since 2023, with extensive experience providing legal advisory services to companies across various industries. Her previous background in criminal law enables her to assist companies in identifying potential risks and developing preventive strategies.
Her current practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, in both contractual and non-contractual matters, including disputes in sectors such as distribution, construction, transportation, telecommunications, energy, and food before various arbitration centers, as well as investment arbitration.
Since 2024, she has served as Secretary General of ICC Paraguay (International Chamber of Commerce). She is also a teaching assistant in Alternative Dispute Resolution at National University of Asunción, has delivered postgraduate training programs, and coaches the institution’s arbitration teams for international commercial arbitration competitions in Latin America and Europe.
